Everything you see on our website was developed in-house by our talented and dedicated Creative team. Our experienced mobile Production team then brings the choreography to your event location, training local performers from our network of highly-skilled regional artists to execute our show. In this way, you get a Wildfire-quality show from a team you can trust without flying performers in from interstate or overseas (and spending half your budget in doing so).

With our headquarters in Singapore and our new subsidiary here in Australia, we're not finished yet. Wildfire is in the process of expanding globally and also has a new subsidiary in the US with further additions planned for the years ahead.

Our Management Team
Entertainment is about connecting with people, and it is people who make those connections. Our core team works with dozens of choreographers & artists, hundreds of performers, and countless wonderful suppliers and vendors every year to make amazing shows for our clients.
Founder / Creative Director
Raised in WA, Robert founded Wildfire in Singapore in 2011 before making his way back to Australia and settling in Melbourne. Rob is a skilled actor, singer, and dancer, trained in Musical Theatre and Stage Direction. He has a passion for visual performance and his commitment to innovation and technology has kept Wildfire at the forefront of event performance concepts.
Originally from the United States, Chelsea has spent much of her life abroad. From Italy to South Korea, she has performed and taught theatre arts across the world. In 2016 Chelsea returned to Singapore to join Wildfire and now implements strategy and growth planning while leading the team.
Amanda Tay joined the Wildfire team in 2017 after working on productions with Base Entertainment and Dancepointe. Amanda's expertise in production is invaluable as she takes on the challenges of running the on-site team for our calendar of shows. With a strong dance and theatre background, Amanda brings a wealth of creative understanding to her role.

Mei Chin is a digital marketer with a flair for customer service. Having spent her university days abroad, her international experience gives her valuable insight into interactions with Wildfire’s increasingly global client base. Mei Chin is a talented dancer and her passion for the arts makes her the perfect person to talk through the finer points of Wildfire acts.
